Begin with a real customer decision
Choose a question your team hears during enquiries. Explain the decision in plain language, including relevant limits and what the customer should confirm. Add information only your business can verify, rather than rewriting a generic answer from another site.
Make the answer accessible
Use a clear page title, readable text, useful internal links and a stable URL. Google’s AI guidance describes SEO foundations and original content; it does not offer a shortcut that guarantees inclusion. A page blocked from the relevant crawler cannot be assessed in the same way as an accessible page.
Review the evidence
Keep a record of the question, the page, the sources and the date you reviewed them. Inspect search performance and real enquiries over time. Treat an occasional AI mention as an observation, not proof that a content change caused it. Our lab proposes a starting draft; your team must verify business details before publication.
