Give the agent a bounded task

Start with a draft or a repeatable internal step. Define its inputs, expected output and the situations it cannot decide. A marketing plan is different from spending a budget, publishing an advertisement or answering a complaint. Each action needs its own authority and review process.

Test the difficult cases

Use representative questions, ambiguous requests and attempts to make the agent ignore its rules. Confirm that it states unknowns rather than filling gaps with invented prices or claims. Agree how people can stop the workflow and how an unresolved enquiry reaches the right owner. Keep the test examples free of unnecessary personal data.

Make oversight part of the service

IMDA’s enterprise resources cover adoption and governance considerations; they do not endorse this lab or certify its outputs. Use them to frame a discussion about roles and review. Here the agent produces a draft only. It does not publish content, contact a customer or buy advertising. Your team decides whether any suggested next action should happen.
